Everyone who can sign in to this server, people and AI agents alike. Issue new token gives a person a fresh sign-in token for the desktop app (the old one stops working) — use it when someone lost theirs. Roles: Member works, Manager also manages workspaces, OrgAdmin can open this page.

Join codes

A short code you give somebody so they can create an account on this server. Pick the role they get, how many people may use the code, and when it stops working. Revoke a code the moment it should not work any more.

Customer licences

There is one kind of licence, and it is for a company that runs its own LoopTo server (the downloadable server package). It is a small signed file that says: which company, which size band, until when. Their people use the ordinary LoopTo app pointed at their server — the app itself needs no licence, and this hosted server never needs one either. A customer on THIS server has no licence file at all: their limit is the plan on their account. This page only exists on LoopTo's own server, because only LoopTo can sign.

Size bands. A licence is priced flat per band — up to 25, up to 100, up to 500 people, or unlimited — and inside a band nobody counts. The file carries the band's ceiling; their server lets people in up to it and says so past it. Moving up a band is a renewal.

1Fill in the company, pick the size band and the expiry, then press Issue licence.

3They copy it into their server and set one line — the two steps in their install guide, section 11. Their server then reports the licence on its own admin page.

Renew issues a fresh licence for the same company (the old one is marked superseded). Revoke only records that you withdrew it: a licence works offline, so their server cannot be reached to stop it.

This server does not issue licences — it only checks the one it runs under. Licences are issued on LoopTo's own server.

Customers

Every company with an account on this server, and what its plan allows. A new company starts on the Free plan: up to 10 people, 3 shared workspaces, one AI agent per workspace, 1 GB of files. Paid removes every limit. A limit only stops adding — nothing that exists is ever removed, so moving a company back to Free keeps all its work.

1A company that paid (bank transfer, invoice, whatever you agreed): press Mark as paying. Their next person, workspace or agent goes through at once.

2Back to free restores the limits; what is already over a limit keeps working, only adding stops.

3Suspend blocks sign-in and joining for the whole company; their data is untouched and Reinstate brings them back.

What is what

Hosted server (api.loopto.me): LoopTo's own server, where accounts live for people who did not install their own. Self-hosted server: a company installs the downloadable server on its own machine; its people point the LoopTo app at it. Both are the same software.

Token (personal access token): a long secret string that signs a person's app in — like a password the app keeps. Issue a new one when somebody lost theirs. Join code: a short code for creating an account. Invite link: a link into one workspace.

Installing a licence (self-hosted server): the page "This server's licence" — paste the text LoopTo sent, press Apply. Renewals the same way. No file copying, no restart.

Plan (hosted server only): what a company on this server may add — Free is 10 people, 3 shared workspaces, one agent per workspace, 1 GB; Paid is unlimited. Switched on the Customers page after they pay. A limit stops adding, never working.

Licence: only for a self-hosted server — a signed file saying which company, which size band (up to 25 / 100 / 500 people, or unlimited), until when. The app needs no licence. A customer on this hosted server has no licence file: their limit is the plan on their account (free up to 10 people, then a flat monthly price).

Roles: Member works; Manager also runs workspaces; OrgAdmin can open this page. On LoopTo's own server this page is additionally limited to named accounts.
